I recently gave these to a friend for her birthday, and she said ‘OMG! 8217;, presumably in a good way… But I love making them. 1 tsp baking powder. 200g butter, softened. 1 egg, beaten. 2 – 3 tubes of smarties (I used two tubes, and SOMEONE ate the other *looks innocent*). Easy recipes that almost certainly work. Lazy Microwave Brownies :o. Okay, I don’t know if these count as ‘cooking’, but they are a nice lazy pudding that doesn’t require much effort. Please don’t hold it against me. I found this recipe on mums.net, and I have to say it works just fine! You will need one mug, and a microwave. 2 tbsp plain flour. 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa. 1 tbsp vegetable oil. A tiny pinch of salt. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a mug. Just like magic….
