Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce. 1 tbsp. olive oil. 5 cups chopped sweet red peppers. 2 cups chopped onions. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1 small serrano chili, deseeded and finely chopped (I skipped this). EPIPers Toured and Volunteered at At the Crossroads. On Wednesday, February 22nd, a group of Bay Area EPIPers went to The Mission to learn more about At The Crossroads. After hearing about the history and amazing work of ATC, we spent some time preparing snack bags, cleaning messenger bags, and sorting hygiene items.
