To me, that includes having a hot mug of coffee, watching a bit of show and finally getting around to trying out the chocolate chip cookies recipe I found online! I've tried making chocolate chip cookies a few times, but have never really succeeded at achieving that perfect texture - crispy on the surface and soft in the middle.until today! 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.

Thursday, July 28, 2011. Day at the Zoo, Zoo, Zoooooooooo. It has been years since I went to the Zoo! Since I am on leave these few days and entry is free, I decided to revisit my childhoold and spend a day there! The morning started off with a light drizzle, which was such a bumper. Just imagine a child with an ice cream. Just as she is abt to eat the ice cream, someone knocked into her and the ice cream dropped onto the floor. That is the kind of disappointment I felt! While watching the world goes by.

Wednesday, August 10, 2011. The Lantern @ Fullerton Bay Hotel. Even though I don't drink alcohol, I absolutely enjoy gg to clubs/ pubs/ hotel lounges to chill out with a bunch of good friends. One of my all time fav hangout is the Lantern @ Fullerton Bay Hotel! Apart from the fabulous view of the Marina Bay area at night, the service there is immaculate! JAPAN DAY 3：色彩大汇集. 秋天的金阁寺，是赏枫的热门景点。从湖畔望去，庄严的金阁与湖中倒影相互辉映，游客们竞相拍照留念。虽是世界文化遗产，金阁满身的耀眼留不住我的视线。我反而欣赏“活景”，地上的石，落下的叶，枝上的果实，是更美丽的图画。匆匆来到龙安寺，是要赶在夜前抵达大阪市。龙安寺最负盛名的，是它极具禅意的庭院造景。利用“枯山水”的概念，利用石头、石子在没有池子、没有用水的地方构成一个景。龙安寺的景就妙在你怎么看都无法把15块石头收进眼帘。厉害吧？我不理会什么禅机，什么“空寂”的艺术思想。不过话说回来，龙安寺是个風景怡人的地方，不需要禅机，也能享受此地的悠闲。傍晚来到大阪市，因为林志玲的美食介绍而搞到团团转，真是白忙一场。志玲啊志玲，曾为日本旅游大使的你，怎么出的旅游书籍《日本再发现》. 校对那么差啊？给个错的地图，没注明店面的营业时间，影响可大呢！但看在你人美、EQ还挺高的，就姑且原谅你了。但下次你出书，我可要小心对照其他的书籍。 JAPAN DAY 2：逗口腹！斗服饰！夜访高台寺，最吸引我的&#65292...
