Musing In Guelph: A Successful Yoga Trial
http://musinginguelph.blogspot.com/2010/04/successful-yoga-trial.html
I am searching for inspiration- anywhere I can find it. Tuesday, April 13, 2010. A Successful Yoga Trial. Last June, I read Wayne Dyer. S book, Excuses Begone! And decided to take him up on his challenge. He provides the following pitch for yoga: "Yoga is the control of the ideas in the mind. Control your mind, and everything will fall in place. Give yoga an honest 30-day trial. Notice how your body feels better all over, and your inclination towards excuses dissipates as well.". Tuesday, April 13, 2010.

Many Winding Roads: July 2011
http://manywindingroads.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 24, 2011. Very light summer fare. Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis have great on-screen chemistry as Dylan and Jamie in this raunchy romantic comedy. The plot centers around these two principal characters who have decided that long-term relationships are problematic and a waste of time. Instead, they opt for sex without baggage. Complications arise as the film alternates between New York and Los Angeles. Less than two hours in length, the film moves quickly. Posted by Joanne Guidoccio. Selec...

Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Over the years, I have experienced a number of dental problems and, as a result, have a few crowns and missing back teeth. I do not enjoy going to the dentist, but I visit him regularly, floss, and use Sensodyne toothpaste. In a recent column, Dr. Oz provided a few additional ways of protecting our teeth and gums from decay and infection. Use tap water instead of bottled water. The former has more enamel-protecting fluoride than store-bought water. Friday, May 21, 2010. In a separa...
