HOWE do you do? Me, me, me…. I’ve recently listened to a few of my colleagues talk about competition in the school environment and how both the schools that their kids attend don’t focus much on it. In fact, they seem to shy away from it with the attitude of. Everybody must do their best, well done to everybody who participated. So I’ve been wondering if humans are born with that competitive nature or if it’s something that you grow up learning as it’s. Let you win right? Who was better than the other!

There are so many fabulous ideas on there, food, home, decor, garden, kids, parties, the funny quotes etc etc. If only had a bottomless wallet and loads of time! Yesterday while taking a minute breather from work. I found another cool link for kids stuff Two Ingredient Crafts. I picked one yesterday – the bath paint. So for at least bathtime, it was a rustige tydjie!

HOWE do you do? Me, me, me…. July 14, 2016. Yesterday, we met up with my cousin and her kids for an early dinner straight after work at the good old Spur. The highlight…finding out that on Wednesdays, kids eat for. Okay, maybe not the highlight, but what a bonus and something to remember for those Wednesdays when cooking just doesn’t fit into my busy schedule😉 Anyway, moving on. Playing with Lego | Notes to Honeybear

Playing with Lego is a great activity for children. It is not the kind of activity which requires much preparation. In Honeybear’s room we have a play mat. I do find that it is quite highly priced. We buy Lego for special occasions like Christmas so that the whole set builds slowly over time. There are cheaper versions of Lego about but I have noticed that they do not have the lifespan of lego.
