Annie’s Travel Blog. Our Second Trip to Vietnam. Laquo; Let’s Catch Up. Lucy is really sick. Annie is having a horrible time with sleeping more than a one hour stint. Needless to say, we are up and down all night long with both girls and to say I am tired is the understatement of the year. All of her tests came back completely clean. It is always so relieving to hear this. No parasites or anything. Yeah! This entry was posted on December 18, 2008 at 4:23 am and is filed under Uncategorized. YAY for Annie...

My friend Shel had a baby girl yesterday afternoon. I am very thankful that I was able to see baby Liana enter the world. I had never seen a baby born and most likely will not experience it myself so it was a real gift to witness. (But also looked VERY painful! Btw who looks this good an hour after birthing a baby with no drugs!

The beginning of all things. Monthly Archives: May 2008. May 31, 2008 · 7:51 pm. Henry turned 5 months old this week! Besides researching cribs, carseats, and strollers, we are also trying to pass the time by:. 1) learning Vietnamese (which is incredibly difficult, but we’re giving it a try! 2) taking a childhood first aid / CPR class with our friends C and H who are about to adopt their beautiful son from Korea. 5) cleaning out stuff we no longer need or use to make room for lots of baby things. So whil...

The beginning of all things. Monthly Archives: July 2008. July 25, 2008 · 1:00 am. Looks like things may move along for us (knock on wood). After a very frustrating week, things have greatly improved and we are hoping for no other delays or bumps in the road. Sorry if I scared you all, but we were honestly scared as well. The beginning of all things. Always busy…. →. February 8, 2009 · 12:43 am. Who knew being a Mom and working full time would mean I never get around to posting new photos or updates to our blog! Where to start…. Henry and his cousin still don’t quite know what to make of each other! Well, Henr...

The beginning of all things. November 28, 2008 · 2:53 am. Alot to be thankful for. I mean, I always thought it was weird when people would tell us “your lives will never be the same” or “your love for your children will be like no other.” I mean, what did they think we were adopting for? Didn’t they know that we already knew this? As you can see, he is serious, thoughtful, playful, a bit devilish and we love each and every mood and side of his personality! Leave a Reply Cancel reply. The beginning of all things. Alot to be thankful for. January 20, 2009 · 12:49 am. Our sweet Henry turned one on December 30th. We celebrated with a small dinner with my in-laws, followed by cake and presents. Henry’s favorite gift of the night was a 4-pack of playground balls–the best $13 we ever spent! This guy loves balls—loves to roll them, bounce them and follow them all over the house. So to get four all at once was amazing to him! Lemonade mix (didn’t have any Tang)=astronaut. We present...The nex...
