Thursday, December 22, 2011. Whew I can't believe December is almost over! We've been very busy having fun and preparing for Christmas! We've been doing some Christmas crafts. Putting up Christmas decorations. Making Christmas candy and cookies. Playing in the snow.that's right, we've already had TWO snow storms here in the desert and another one on its way tonight! Preparing the turkey fryer for making fried turkey on Christmas Day! I think we're ready! Tuesday, November 29, 2011. It was a wonderful day!

Saturday, September 25, 2010. Last weekend we went to the New Mexico State Fair. We love going to the fair every year and it kicks off the Fall season which is always full of fun activities! Wednesday, November 23, 2011. October was the busiest month EVER! It started out with the annual International Balloon Fiesta, one of our favorite events of the year! The next weekend we went to the the kids' first airshow at Kirtland Air Force Base. Alex was SO excited to see the big airplanes, jets and helicopters. Thursday, December 30, 2010. We had a great Christmas this year! It started on Christmas Eve when we went to Grandma and Grandpa K's house for dinner and exchanging gifts. Wednesday, July 20, 2011. We had a pretty low key Independence Day this year. On top of it being a Monday night and us having to go to work and school the next day, our state has been on fire and we are in an extreme drought so we didn't think fireworks were such a great idea. On Sunday, we had a little BBQ at home with my mom. She and my dad are going through a divorce so we wanted to make it festive and fun for her!
