Just another WordPress.com site. February 3, 2011. Dinner cocktail 2.2.11. Posted by swatymyers under Uncategorized. Back in the saddle again with local foods, thanks to another Greenling.com delivery. Haven’t put together much of a menu plan this week but I’m just going to wing it. Cheese, Fresh Mozzarella, Full Quiver.

Happily ever after starts here. Monday, October 27, 2014. A Weekend in Nashville, take 2. Around this time last year, we headed to Nashville. To visit our good friends Aline and Steve. Aline and I went to high school together, and I love that we have been able to maintain a great friendship over the years. The stories she could tell about me. So it was even more fun that all of us could hang out together for the weekend. We also enjoyed a good ole' comfort food (with a twist) meal at Acme Feed and Seed.

Thursday, September 13, 2012. Make a Meal: Spinach-Basil Pesto Pasta with Caprese Chicken Stacks. Where we bought three fresh pastas: a fettuccine, a spinach fusilli, and a pecorino-peppercorn cavatelli pasta. For sauces, we bought a vodka sauce from the pasta place then made our own fresh basil pesto. For toppings, we sauteed the fresh farmers market vegetables to toss with pasta and olive oil, then made some easy balsamic chicken chunks. When we put it all together, it was ahh-mazing. This recipe was q...

Meriblog: Meri Williams' Weblog. Making things useful, getting stuff done. Getting Samsung Printer Working on Mac OS X. I have a lovely, trusty little laser printer which has served me well over the years – a Samsung ML-1510. I was a little disappointed to see that there weren’t modern drivers for Mac OS X for it, until I discovered SpliX. Lovely set of CUPS drivers, restoring my ML-1510 to full usefulness in a matter of moments 🙂. 8:31 AM on January 7, 2013. December 15th, 2013 at 4:00 PM.
