Here’s some interesting numbers…. Start weight: 310.0 lb. Weight change: Lost 57.2 lb. Current weight: 252.8 lb. Goal weight: 200.0 lb. Goal Complete: 52.0%. Time Complete: 52.5%. I am thrilled with the progress I am making so far, thrilled! Here are some more numbers for you, my measurements. Chest 47 (-1 inch).

They are important…. here’s some of mine I have met this week and should meet by weeks end. 1- Get below 300 – check. 2- Wear a shirt without a number in front of the X, as in 2XL or 3XL – check. 3- Hike over 10k at once – check. 4- Run a half k – check. 5- Eat clean for a day, week, month – check, check and check. Days are so full.
