Former first grade Rugby League player, Luke Priddis and his wife Holly, established the Luke Priddis Foundation in 2006, following the diagnosis of their third child Cooper as having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Introduction Back to the top. All children and babies require a valid referral for Medicare rebates. Referrals from General Practitioners are valid for 12 months and from another specialist 3 months only. Please obtain a new referral for a new concern and advise the staff at the time of booking as you child would require a longer appointment. All appointments are for 30 minutes.
