A day to day follow of my life with my son who has autism. 8230;2nd child with Autism. My husband can’t understand why I am so upset. He has a point he said, ” We already had an idea he was on the spectrum but crying isn’t going to change anything.” As much as that statement is true, I am still devastated that my children will never get the true experience of life! So many things I thought I would be able to do with my little one that I couldn’t do with my older son are just gone! Posted in autism nj.

A day to day follow of my life with my son who has autism. GREATEST moment so far! The FIRST time ever my son says, “MOMMY! Yesterday February 2 2013 my son called me “Mommy”! I have waited five long years to hear that! I was at the dinner table and he called for me, I look up and he then said, “Ball.” He was asking if he could play with his bouncing ball. I couldn’t believe it! I just wanted to share that moment here! Posted in autism nj. Newer Entry →. One thought on “ GREATEST moment so far!

Benjamins Autism Adventure As Seen Through Daddys Eyes. Diams; October 9, 2013. Diams; 2 Comments. I am not entirely sure where to start. This post has been a long time coming. I’m worried about the lack of progress my son has been making. I’m scared to death that he will never be an equal with his peers. Most of all, I’m terrified that I am not doing enough to help him. Is his ABA therapy the correct choice of how to spend our afternoons? That is what terrifies me. Larr; High Functioning Autism or?
