Thursday, October 15, 2009. For the love of an alpaca. I feel like I haven't blogged in awhile. Let me tell you, it's NOT because Ava has ceased to do anything spectacular. I've just been super busy. She was having a rough day for a day that started out so perfect! I couldn't get out of there fast enough, but NOT before Ava knocked down an entire display of Kit Kat packages. I scowl at her as I pick them up and she says: "Lala, whatchu doin? I happy." Oh little darling, I still love you!

Tuesday, October 20, 2009. While she was at school today I went and bought her "Everyone Poops". It's this kids book about pooping. It's kind of funny, but I can see how some people would be offended by it. We read it before nap and she takes one look at the little Asian boy on the front and says: "He's really freaking out." Ha! Not to fear, I'll keep everyone posted. November 17, 2009 at 2:01 PM. That guy is really freaking out OMG that is too funny. How does she even know what that means!

Adventures with Ava and Lucy. Thursday, August 23, 2012. Today we took the girls to the beach, which was of course great fun. They were digging holes and all four of us were working on a sand castle together. Jeremy was digging the trenches and Ava and Lu filled the bucket while I created the towers. It was overcast and Lu got cold pretty fast, but it was fun to do something new as a family. The girls were so cute too! Is gravity under the floor?
