Monday, November 26, 2007. So Richard and I had a Sicilian-American Thanksgiving themed Sunday dinner for which we invited over the Professor and his wife. For the first course, I made pasta alla zucca. Richard and I capped off the night at a smoky club downtown drinking beer and watching some local jazz musicians tear up their instruments until pretty late. The band was very good, for what it was, and it was all very warm and pleasant. Wow, that sounds like a pretty good day once I write it all out!

Saturday, October 27, 2007. Since my last post, I've left the USA for vacation! Ross, Maggie and I spent a few days in Catania, Sicily with Chris Rossi before heading to Malta for three days. We just returned this morning to Catania and instead of writing about it here, I'll let you read Ross' account. Of what we've been doing. He's even uploaded his photos. And tagged them all.
