The Mercurial Knitter: 3/1/13 - 4/1/13
http://themercurialknitter.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
A little about me. Sunday, March 3, 2013. It seems I can knit, or I can blog about it, but I have a difficult time managing to do both. I've been knitting up a storm for months now. I knit many Christmas presents and then proceeded to gift them out before snapping any photos of them! I've always been notoriously bad about posting my finished objects to Ravelry. One pair of socks completely finished. Another pair with about an evening of knitting to finish them off. And then there's this. I thought that I...

A little about me. Monday, July 9, 2012. Clean as a Whistle. This is not a photo of a brand new refrigerator. This is what your fridge looks like when you have been without power for 6 days. Our freezer in the basement looks the same. My area was hit pretty hard by the Derecho. Storm that traveled through here a week and a half ago. I consider myself very lucky that all we lost was a little food. I've got some photos of some of the area destruction that I'll share in a few days. Monday, July 09, 2012.

The Mercurial Knitter: A little about me...
http://themercurialknitter.blogspot.com/p/what-youll-find-here.html
A little about me. A little about me. I describe myself as mercurial in the most complimentary way possible. I have many, many interests and I find myself with not enough time to do all of them. In my attempt to fit all of my interest into my spare time, I sometimes get involved in many projects at once and jump around between them. You never know what you might find me working on. Of life through my eyes. Enjoy. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mer·cu·ri·al. 8194; . East Coast, United States. Simple templat...

The Mercurial Knitter: A rainy day and a little motivation
http://themercurialknitter.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-rainy-day-and-little-motivation.html
A little about me. Sunday, December 29, 2013. A rainy day and a little motivation. Yesterday, my sister and I had a great conversation about the motivational theory that you can become more organized and more productive by devoting "just ten minutes" to particular tasks that need attention in your life. Small bite sized pieces can add up and make a huge difference. As a bonus, those ten minutes you devote to a task can often (painlessly) turn into "more minutes" once you get rolling. Next, add the parsle...

The Mercurial Knitter: 11/1/12 - 12/1/12
http://themercurialknitter.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
A little about me. Saturday, November 10, 2012. I don't know how any of you feel, but for me, the panic is starting to set in as the holiday season approaches and I count how many gifts I still need to make! And it's not just the gifts I want to make, it's the other things I wanted to accomplish this fall, like perhaps putting more items up on my etsy shop to make a bit of Christmas spending money. There just aren't enough hours in the days or days before Christmas. FYI- I slipped them on for just this p...
