Saturday, July 23, 2011. 12304;猫粮狗食】之 Raja Ayam Bakar @ Jln Abel. 最近在艾贝尔路滴余仁生不知道几时不见了，而原址则开了间餐厅：Raja Ayam Bakar～. 这是一间马来式餐厅，售卖很多马来式美食，如 Ayam Bakar 或 Ayam Penyet 等。原店在沙督路滴 Coffee O Corner 后面，这间大概是新滴分行咯～唔唔，生意做大了捏！好不好吃呢？ 名字叫 Ayam Bakar，当然得作出好吃滴 Ayam Bakar 了，对吧？呵呵～这块烤鸡烤得不错。与其他的料理不同滴是，马来料理很爱甜，所以这烤鸡用滴腌料大概也不缺糖呱？香香甜甜，加半片酸柑汁，不错不错！ 除了 Ayam Bakar，就连 Ikan Bakar 也是甜滴哦！口味虽与偶们不同，但也是不错滴尝试。 很多人爱吃滴 Ayam Penyet～炸鸡加上 ulam，很马来哦！ 当晚印度煎饼摊位没开，无法尝试，所以叫了点香蕉糕尝尝：. 甜甜（又是甜甜）滴香蕉糕＋乳酪？不错滴配搭捏！ Links to this post. Alamak！整个一月竟然还没写稿子！天哪～这回偷懒太厉害啦！其实是猫子为某报写着美食稿子，一月下来吃了干捞面、叻沙粿杂不下百碗（夸张．．．），所以竟然不及写猫子曰！不好意思～. 好！开年八卦什么呢？就八卦美食这回事吧！ 哇！酱紫一盘东西是啥呀？呵呵！ 这是路边滴汉堡包。便宜好吃之余给料充足，实在堪称价廉物美（美味，不怎么好看就是了．．．）也！价格？便宜啦！顶多三块钱哟！ 其实这三张看起来很豪华滴东西，都是本猫在自助餐／喝喜酒时随手摆出来滴！ 第一张：由两三片滴黄瓜和番茄搭起，配上从铁板豆腐那儿挖来滴酱汁，而底部是几匙滴冬炎例汤，如此而已～. 第二张：由喜酒中杂菜盘中抓几块青花菜，铺几片贵妃鲍（鱿鱼也）和淋上酱汁，如此而已～. 第三张：这个比较贵一点，不过也就是一整块切开了滴意大利多层肉饼（Lasagna），佐以番茄酱汁和一颗橄榄，如此而已～. 好咯，希望今年也能继续享用各种美食，与各位分享！在此趁机祝各位龙年新年快乐，万事如意咯！ Links to this post. Friday, September 30, 2011. 12304;猫粮狗食】之 Simplicious. 日前（好一阵子了，猫子曰偶尔也脱稿蛮严重一下）驱车经过香蕉路，惊觉有间单层独立屋已改造成了间相当气派滴餐厅哟：. 虽说偶对这间餐厅滴第一印象就是“贵”（开玩笑，那么大一栋别墅耶～也有本钱拿来开餐厅），然在好奇心滴驱使下，还是呼朋唤友滴（由于看起来太恐怖，只有贪狼和平姐姐应邀）去光顾咯！ 餐厅滴装潢和气氛都很好，新颖及略微大胆滴用色（暗色系），配着复古风滴展览品，（没拍到什么好照，兼之装点神秘，各位不如亲自去瞧瞧吧？）似乎为餐厅滴主题定了个调：传统食谱，大胆尝新～呵呵！ 在古晋，大凡这类稍具主题和方向滴餐厅，价格肯定居高不下（唉～），不出所料，匆匆一扫餐牌上滴东西，２０元以下滴屈指可数，呵呵～毕竟有啥好料？经猫子（滴荷包）冒死采访后，拍得几张照片，与各位分享分享。 焗青蚝，搭配乳酪和一点番茄酱（还有屈指可数滴几片沙拉菜），令人食指大动，胃口大开，作为开胃菜相当滴称职！呵呵～. 平姐姐喜爱滴 Mojito～以及：. 加了 Bailey 滴爱尔兰冰激淋～.
