Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Student of the Month Assembly. Tyler earned the Student of the Month award for his class for March. Tyler has always been a very hard worker at school and we're proud of him for his accomplishments. At the assembly, Bryan's class sang "Erie Canal." I couldn't get a good picture while they were singing, so here he is after they were done. Friday, February 27, 2009. Look Mom, No Hands (or Training Wheels). Once Luke saw Connor doing it, he gave it a try and was pedaling away a few days later. Luke and Connor getting started. Luke on his little bike. They both started out on their little bikes, but have graduated to their bigger bikes (previously owned by their big brothers). Saturday, May 8, 2010. Fathers and Sons Campout. This year Tyler's Little League team had a game the same night as the Fathers and Sons, so instead of driving late at night to get to the campout, Peter camped with the boys in the backyard. They had foil dinners cooked on the grill before the game. And pitched the tent in a shady corner of the yard. Peter even made a little "fire pit" for the boys to roast marshmallows and Starbursts.
