ING WTG!: September 2009
http://ing-wtg.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 15. How to reward yourself with free flights by using your child's bad behaviour as an excuse to be flown around the country for two minute interviews. Save his father from choking. How this kid got his 15 minutes of fame was by stealing his grandmother's car to avoid church. Punishments are naturally of a subjective nature. A particular judge's condemning will differ from another's. What method of punishment can Preston's parents utilise that is ethically responsible? And undoubtedly ...

ING WTG!: Mysterious Skin
http://ing-wtg.blogspot.com/2010/07/mysterious-skin.html
Monday, July 12. Neil McCormick - Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Brian Lackey - Brady Corbet. The following post contains spoilers of Mysterious Skin that I cannot avoid mentioning. Read at your own risk! However, such is life. Mysterious Skin is by no means nihilistic nor avant-garde. Although scenes of an amoral nature are dotted throughout the film, it really begs the audience to question their morals and reflect how their collected experiences have created them today. Morals are rarely black and white...I did...

ING WTG!: Burqas, Islam & You
http://ing-wtg.blogspot.com/2010/07/burqas-islam-you.html
Wednesday, July 7. Burqas, Islam and You. I recently had a stimulating discussion with a. Frezzi) about the proposed ban of niqabs in France which eventuated into a discussion about Western values versus Islamic values. I must stress that the following passages are only an opinion. What does the burqa symbolise? Is the "this is oppressive" argument made by the West only a coincidence? The burqa, the word originating from "to patch up", is traditionally comprised of a jilbab, a hijab and sometimes a niqab.

ING WTG!: May 2009
http://ing-wtg.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 30. It's all over. almost. Well I've had a pretty up-and-down week. I have had 5 SACs this week and with being sick and having various errands to run it was pretty darn stressful. But I'm happy to report that I came out alive. According to my diary the last week is the most stressful week I'll have this year. All of us were crazily stressed - one of my friends even wanted to eat a stick. I wish it would rain more. The sounds of rain pitter-pattering on a rooftop will relax any 5-SAC week.

ING WTG!: December 2009
http://ing-wtg.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 14. But that may be because I don't have my glasses. Through his poem he makes a clear message that is easy to understand: where we come from. It's not about our roots and heritage, it's more about what we are actually. Made of. The carbon we are made of, the oxygen we breathe, the sodium chloride we consume amongst the sulphides, glucose and ascorbic acid. All of these are the building blocks of our everyday life. Where did this all come from? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

ING WTG!: Batten down the hatches, we're in for some rough peace
http://ing-wtg.blogspot.com/2010/05/batten-down-hatches-were-in-for-some.html
Tuesday, May 25. Batten down the hatches, we're in for some rough peace. Who sunk my battleship? There have been recent accusations of North Korea sinking a South Korean warship. Which apparently was the last straw for the South Koreans. This is not the first time North Korea has provoked their Southern counterparts. Both nations have been at war since 1950, and technically speaking, the war has not yet ended because no peace treaty was signed. 1 This will reverse China's efforts in the last thirty years.

ING WTG!: August 2009
http://ing-wtg.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 25. I've caved in to what another 10 million people in this lonely world have done - I made a Twitter page. I will not join all of those people who endlessly follow Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres or Ashton Kutcher. I've promised myself I won't. Anyway other than this, I have nothing else to write about. Saturday, August 22. This is what I did today. I'm waiting for karma to bite me back. Tuesday, August 18. Costco, what's the fuss? Naturally, when Costco opened, a lot of hype and talk was created...
