maeib's Not Just Beer Blog: Opening Hours
http://maeib.blogspot.com/2009/04/opening-hours.html
Maeib's Not Just Beer Blog. Follow me on Twitter. Monday, 27 April 2009. It was a far cry from what we have today with pubs effectively able to open all the hours they want to but where generally speaking the vast amount of pubs choose to open all day at least at weekends and Fridays. The pub which closes during the afternoon is in a definite minority, especially in towns or near tourist attractions. So why do pubs which probably could open all day choose not to? So what's the reason? You would be surpri...

Thanks Mark, for all your time, effort and importantly passion for this beverage and all that surrounds it! Youll...

Bottles of Barley: Tasting Notes: Lancaster Milk Stout
http://bottlesofbarley.blogspot.com/2010/06/tasting-notes-lancaster-milk-stout.html
Scribblings on Craft Beer (and beer at large). Monday, June 7, 2010. Tasting Notes: Lancaster Milk Stout. Brewery: Lancaster Brewing Company. Date Poured: April 2010. Pours an opaque brown with hints of mahogany highlights about the edges, topped by a thin creamy (but persistent) brown head. Smells prominently of roasted barley with a milkiness (or lactose) providing the background for the mocha-like aroma. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Inventory of the Beer Cellar as of 6/6/2010. Brewery as well as to fill up my old Troeg's. They had brewed called Scratch Beer #3. It clocks in at 10% ABV. And showed it a bit in the taste but a very nice tripel. And looking to expand a bit...

In search of great beer and fire cooked food. Do robots dream of electric beer? November 23, 2015. February 3, 2016. Homebrewing is always evolving. Today there is a wealth of information online and in print and numerous retailers supplying high quality ingredients. This availability has helped bring in new brewers and broadened the homebrewer profile. When the Picobrew Zymatic. I too ...
