Christmas 快將來臨, 若打算給心愛的人一個驚喜,. 2 20cm糕盤鋪上牛油紙，放入餅碎略壓實，冷藏待用. 3 芒果去皮，取一部分磨取半杯芒果茸，另一部分切薄片，其餘切粒. 4 蛋白與蛋黃分開。魚膠粉加水拌勻，座於熱水中待容。忌廉打起，待用. 5 忌廉芝士打滑，加糖拂打，落蛋黃再拌打。 6 加入魚膠粉水及芒果茸拌勻，拌入忌廉。蛋白打至企身，加入芝士料中拌勻，落芒果粒. 7 將芒果片排放於餅盤周圍，倒入芝士料，冷藏至凝固. 9 芒果片放在餅面(可加入其他生果作裝飾)，倒入已涼的o者喱水，冷藏至凝固。本人曾經嘗試過製作, 味道還不錯, 但樣貌與相片有甚大的差異,. 但若用心苦練數次, 一定會成功。所以由現在開始練習, 到聖誕節當天, 你一定會令心愛的人喜出望外.
