Thursday, August 18, 2016. Riding ponies and petting animals. The weather was absolutely perfect, and needless to say we all had a blast. Such a fun family day! These bunnies were a hit. They would have snuck them home in their pockets if they could. Watching the horses with dada. Such a cutie with her little bet ticket in her hands. She was feeling nervous about her pick. ;). Such a perfect day! This one is usually the stinkiest about pictures, but look at that cute smile! Of course Lyla ducked out.

Tuesday, May 24, 2016. A Big Girl Bike! Today I had some pretty big, exciting plans, which included cleaning our toilets, picking up play areas, and dishes. Always dishes. Lyla's plans included taking some change we've collected to the bank, then picking out a big girl bike, and playing. Thursday, January 28, 2016. I'm so very excited to grasp onto these extra hours of my babies' lives. I'm not naive enough to think the transition will be easy, but I can't say I'm dreading all those princess dress-up, nail painting tea parties in my near future. ;). Here's how I imagine my days will surely look from here on out. :). There's bound to be plenty of helping out around the house ;). And feeding the dog entire boxes of bones. Dressing up might happen occasionally. And silly little girl stories.

Friday, October 28, 2016. Lyla, our cute little Tasmanian Devil, has always given us a run for our money. Two was hard, Two and a half was harder, 3 was worse, and 3 1/2 didn't get any better.
