Life with the Freeloaders: Inspired to update...
http://mumfriday.blogspot.com/2010/03/inspired-to-update.html
Tuesday, March 23, 2010. For the three people who read this. Well, we got some snow. And then it snowed some more. I think after that it snowed again. And then when we thought surely all the snow had come and gone, it snowed once more. In the meanwhile, my sister came over in december, stayed with us for 6 weeks. it rocked. We got kittens right before xmas. they're brothers - merlin, and gandalf. they are almost identical but we can tell them apart. they are about the sweetest cats ever ever. March 27, 2...

Life with the Freeloaders: January 2009
http://mumfriday.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2009. When the first baby laughed for the first time, his laugh. Broke into a million pieces, and they all went skipping about. That was the beginning of fairies.". Sir James Matthew Barrie, The Little White Bird. Sweet darling angel baby girl was 4 months old yesterday. Links to this post. What do I say about my first child? The one who made me a mother. The one who has both lifted me up in joy and broken my heart in almost equal amounts over the years. Sebastian's teacher has shar...

Life with the Freeloaders: This one goes out to the Nonna
http://mumfriday.blogspot.com/2010/06/this-one-goes-out-to-nonna.html
Tuesday, June 15, 2010. This one goes out to the Nonna. As Sebastian knew, and mentioned, how we should definitely show his Nonna these pictures while I was taking them. Of course, she would be delighted to see him in the kitchen. This summer, I told Sebastian last week, he would spend at least one day a week in the kitchen, preparing a meal for the family. Can't wait for his next dish! June 16, 2010 at 4:43 AM. Way to go Sebastian, looks great. Can you mail some over for me. Love from Pop. An Alligator ...

Life with the Freeloaders: December 2008
http://mumfriday.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 19, 2008. Little girls are precious gifts, wrapped in love serene. Their dresses tied with sashes and futures tied with dreams. I decided today, what better way to really start this thing, this most time consuming thing that will be ignored way too often, I am sure. What better way than gushing about my daughter? Nothing. There is nothing better. Beyond that she is beautiful. She is heart-breakingly, breathtakingly, mind-blowingly, tragically beautiful. They will never have the certain s...

Life with the Freeloaders: November 2009
http://mumfriday.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Is it pretentious of me. To realize that I must be to my mother what Juniper is to me? I was thinking about this in the shower this morning and it was worded a lot more eloquently in my head 4 hours ago and now that I am able to sit and type it out, it's gone. Nevertheless, who was it that said something like 'In Truth there is Beauty'? Because I see her flaws and they are beautiful. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Life with the Freeloaders: April 2010
http://mumfriday.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Another picture heavy update. Since pictures tell more than I can with my minimal time to type. Here is a mish mash of the last monthish. Dogs and kitties love each other these days. I often catch them sharing food and snuggling in the sun together. Juniper is a little clothes horse these days and picks most of her own attire each day. On easter, she picked an especially pixieish outfit, silk cape and all. Making a MOOOOO sound when I asked her what the purple horse says. haha.

Friday, October 1, 2010. OMG haven't updated since june. Well, i'm sure plenty has happened. And you won't be privvy to any of it. Sebastian got an early birthday present that almost made him cry. His busted the week before bicycle rodeo which is the most anticipated school day of the year for him. Then Juniper turned * TWO*! It suited everyone's crazy food needs. haha! I also made her a ladybug costume but she took it off before the camera came out. She'll be wearing that for Halloween so no worry.

Life with the Freeloaders: May 2009
http://mumfriday.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Juniper in her first swim suit. Yossarian picked it all by himself. Sebastian said she needs a bikini. I think she looks just perfect! Eating waffles for breakfast! Worms that decided to come and reproduce on our patio after a ton of rain! We put them in the freshly tilled spring garden beds. Weird mycelia in my front garden. It exudes a sticky inky substance from it's caps. It's really freaking cool. Yes, that is Chad's ugly hand. My MIL cut off my awesome metallic gold pumps.
