August 31st James and I woke nice and early, 5am is crazy early for us! At 5am we were given the Ok to head to the hospital for a 6am induction which of course we were a little late for. So we checked in at 6:45am along with a Very in labor lady on the the start of a Very busy full blue moon! Around 11am the day nurse, Barbara or Eve or Amy (can’t remember...

Happy 10 Year Anniversary. June 19, 2013 at 8:50 am · Filed under Baby. This year is a big one for us. Ten years has flown by it seems like only a few. So much has changed in the last two years with loosing my mom and gaining our wonderful little girl there hasn’t been much time to really sit down and think about it much. Due to a nice little stomach bug and my girl taking a long morning nap it seemed about time to start. Breakfast at our favorite place before heading out for our long drive. Cheryl’...

July 15, 2009 at 8:22 pm · Filed under cheryl. So last night James and I headed to the Sleep Train Amphitheater for a Coldplay concert. It was sooo hot and the two bands we heard before Coldplay were quite boring but once the show got started everyone was standing trying to see over the tops of the next row. And a short clip of Chris on a small stage in the audiance. And a short clip of Lost! And here are the few I took. We were really close to the lawn stage a few rows behind us, about 100 ft. Cheryl Mason's Garden. Stories, Family, Crafts, Food, and an Occasional Cat…or Five. Quality of life the last few weeks has been improving, thank goodness! Between the all day nausea and twice a week IV therapy and debilitating fatigue my first trimester was the pitts. Now at week 13 I have energy! And a cold. Oy. The sore throat and sinus issues are a pain but I still have more energy than before so I’ll take it. Yesterday I spent the afternoon spinning this woolie number. March 7, 2012 10:54 am. Cheryl...

With the new little one taking up so much of my time I’ve been spending large swaths of feeding times browsing Pinterest for quick and tasty recipes. One that caught my eye was this very interesting blueberry cream cheese version of the cinnamon roll. We had frozen blueberries and frozen dough so I whipped up my own version of these.
