Monday, September 22, 2008. T minus 3 days and counting. After successfully defending my research proposal last Friday ( yay. I am now in last minute preparations for my flight to Uganda this Thursday. Caught between my desire to relax after completing another huge milestone in the Ph. Wednesday, January 16, 2008. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Well I am heading into my 4 th. Semester of classes at UW. Madison, which means I finally get to say: "I am in my last semester of classes- EVER! However getting to the ABD. All But Dissertation) milestone will be reason enough for celebration! I just found out this week that I received the Scott Kloeck-Jenson Pre-Dissertation Travel Grant. I have been checking my email regularly, and by regularly, I mean hourly - and by hourly I REALLY mean every 60 (maybe 45?
