Posted 1 year ago. 220 g butter , softened. 3 tsp vanilla extract. 1 ¼ cups castor sugar. 1 ¾ cup self raising flour. 1/3 cup plain flour. 100 g butter softened. 1 cup icing sugar. Beat the butter until it is very pale, the add the icing sugar and milk. You may need to add more of both to achieve the consistency you require. Smooth over cakes and decorate.
