Tuesday, 26 May 2009. Reflection on the festival. The Mind Body Spirit Festival in London yesterday was interesting. It was crazily busy. The stalls were far too close together, so much so that you could hardly tell where one ended and another started. I don't know about you but I like to have a good look round first, stand and watch a while and then go back to anything I want to explore further. No chance! I just got swept along with the masses and there was certainly no opportunity to linger anywhere.
