When I got to Brussels I was really excited to meet all the Peace Corps volunteers. I was immediately able to find the Salone 4 Response volunteers in the large airport. Without any planning, we all congregated at the same place near a restaurant to get food. It was great! Because I would get to spend one night in Europe. The visit back to Magburaka after Ebola.

Friday, January 18, 2008. Thanks to everyone who came out to the craft sales in December - they were really a whole lot of fun amidst the chaos, and I met many great people who make amazing things. The popcorn monsters sold like crazy - and I started to get some photos from people who bought them. There's nothing I love more than getting pictures from happy puppet people.
