May 3, 2009. Exercise Is Good For You! Not only will I help build my immune system, but I’ll gain endurance and lower my pulse. I usually feel worn out after coming home from school, but I know when I’m in shape this doesn’t happen. My pulse was also measured at 92 today, but it was at 68 when I was in shape, signifying the vast difference in health levels. This time, I won’t ignore his words and shove them aside.
