I recommend both, this is just what I made today for us :). 2 c rolled oats. 1/4 c pumpkin seeds. 1/4 c sunflower seeds. 1/4 c raw whole almonds. 3 T pulverized chia seeds. 1 c whole wheat flour. 1/2 c coconut oil. 2 tsp real vanilla. 1 egg, beaten.
