Barleymow’s is very much a family business. I (Rose) run the shop and Martin runs the farm with both sets of parents and our two children, Tom and Adam fully involved too. We are a mixed beef, sheep an arable farm with chickens that provide the shop with eggs. We also grow our own Christmas trees. Barleymow’s is completely self sufficient in electricity with the development of an anaerobic digester that was built in 2012 - so the preparation of our food is powered by moo poo!
