Jen and Neils family fun :). Thursday, August 2, 2012. Can't believe the kids have already started school again. The day after pioneer day was their first day. They were so excited to go back that they were up and ready an half hour early. Karen started 3rd grade and Michael started 1st grade. Here are some pictures of them after their first day of school. Sunday, July 29, 2012. Week of July 22nd. My family left in the morning. We took some pictures together before they left. Monday, June 21, 2010. So most of you know how hard I have been trying to lose weight. Well, last night I stepped on the scale and was delighted to see that I have finally reached my wedding weight! Saturday, April 30, 2011. Congratulations to the Memmotts! The end of April we drove to Utah for the wedding of one of my mission companions, Sarah, who also happened to teach Jeff, so we've stayed close to her. The wedding was in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple, and even though it snowed the night before everything turned out beautiful. A sight you don't see very often.snow covered tulips. Emery, President and Sister Harmsen, Brenchi, and me. President Harmsen was our first mission president. Trip to Utah #1.

Monday, December 31, 2012. What a year you've given me. Some years just pass by without too much of note and then there are other years that can be considered life-defining years, years that change who you are and make you a better person. 2012 has been one of those years in my life. Thank you 2012, for making it such a memorable year. I wouldn't trade any of the experiences we had for anything. It's amazing how much you can grow and change in a single year.
