Monday, December 23, 2013. A White House Christmas. While this is something that Jason and I have had the opportunity to do before, we have never done it without kids! So it was a little different - actually being able to walk around and look at things and not yell at a little one to be careful or slow down. The amazing chandelier when you come in! These are the handmade ornaments on the white house christmas tree. They were made by family members of service members from the different states!

Sunday, February 17, 2013. I get it, I haven't blogged in a very long time.AGAIN! It needs to be more of a priority, but to be honest it is crazy and I haven't made it one. We arrived at the ER and were in a room within minutes and after about 3 hours we left with nothing more than a good old fashioned black eye. I couldn't have been happier with all the other things they were considering. This was the first picture I could get. It was waiting in the urgent care as we were watching it swell up!

We hosted our first house guests, Pop Pop and Grandma Cathy, at our new home. The new playroom/guest room combo worked out well and the kids loved all the extra attention. Bryan and Corben are almost identical - it's scary. On to happier news. Auburn won the Iron Bowl and in truly dramatic fashion. Still cannot believe this game.
