Proceeds from the 2016 BTMR will be donated towards to area non-profit/volunteer organizations. The recipients include:. El Paso County Search and Rescue. EPCSAR) is an all-volunteer non-profit organization. They never charge for their services and yet they incur enormous expenses related to the missions they serve on. Some of those missions involve saving runner’s from mountain trails! They also provide race support for several races including the this one and the Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon.
