This year I didn't have enough time to make it for Thanksgiving, so I made it for a party we went to the day after Thanksgiving. Saturday, August 29, 2009. Pesto and Sausage Linguini. Tonight I made another one of my "lets see what I can throw together" meals. Originally we were going to have hot dogs, but we didn't have any buns. Why is it that I run out of ingredients for everything that I want to make? Must be my taste buds teasing me. Pesto and Sausage Linguini. Pesto (prepare according to directions on Tastefully Simple package):. 1 can diced tomatoes. 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas). 3 links of sausage. 2 T minced garlic.

Sunday, May 15, 2011. These look so good - Peach-Mango Popsicles. So I was buzzing around facebook today while I was waiting for my floors to dry and came across this. Don't they look good? I'm interested to try them, or something like them (probably other than mango, since I've never bought a mango before). I bought some popsicle mold last summer and never used them. This year I'm determined to use them at least once! 1 cup puréed mango (from peeled fruit). 1 cup puréed ripe peaches (from peeled fruit).

Monday, August 30, 2010. Episode 5: Linnea's Wedding. Saturday was Linnea and Chris's wedding. I was able to get a haircut and style quick in the morning before the wedding. My hair ended up going flat before the wedding started though, thanks to the wind and the humidity! I got to wear my outfit that I've been looking forward to for almost 2 months. It was perfect for the day thanks to it being so hot outside. Kari said the readings (she's another girl from work that I know). A proud mom (Linnea's mom).
