Tuesday, April 29, 2014. We ended up having a lot of snow days this winter, and even though it's almost May now, I wouldn't count another out! Seriously, this has been the never ending winter! I LOVE winter, but for a limited time only. My boys are growing out of their jeans and long sleeves and I'm not buying anymore! So here's a little peak at one of our snow days this year! There are more pictures of Max because I couldn't get Rush to stand still for a second! Jared, Brooke, Max, Rush, and Lola.

Mary Virginia's Birthday Countdown. Sunday, October 7, 2012. Everybody was scheduled for tubes in one day but little Graham ended up being too sick and had to reschedule. Getting ready to head back. Sweet boy has had 5 ear infections. Once a month since March has just been miserable so we have to do this. So scary though. You can't make this boy cry. He woke up and was all fun, never would have known he had just had his eardrums cut. Charlie had a perfectly successful surgery. Thank you Lord.

Saturday, June 18, 2011. Happy Father's Day Jared! Some of my most special memories of my husband are of him being a Daddy. Moments when he was loving our children without realizing he was being watched, or that my heart was breaking watching him care for his sons. However, this post will not be mushy and I will not cry while typing! Most of all, I love watching my husband laugh with our sons, mostly just Max now for obvious reasons, but Rush gets a giggle in every now and then! My heart just melted!

Sunday, August 7, 2011. As a teacher, I always thought that when I had children I would really push them to be advanced academically. We would read every night, sing songs, practice all those fine and gross motor skills that would propel them to the head of the class.but after having Max, I realized I was a pretty laid back parent as far as "learning" was concerned! So, get ready for my soap box! However, as adults, do we not tend to have occupations or hobbies that lean toward our strengths? Nice girls ...

Sunday, August 19, 2012. We took a later vacation than usual this summer and it worked out perfectly! There were no crowds or traffic to mess with, and the weather was beautiful, even the day that it rained! We stayed in Orange Beach, AL this year, and tried a new condo at Turquoise Place. It was the BEST! The people who designed this resort thought of everything! The boys had one more friend and Jared and I had one more set of adult eyes for the week! Jayson the little fish. Sunday, February 9, 2014. I'm not sure where to even start! It's been so long since I've posted, I'm sure no one even reads it anymore! I know Morgan will be checking so I'll post some for her ;). It's been a pretty awesome year for the Neufer family. We sold a home, moved into a rent house, and built a new home. Building a house is definitely an adventure! Friday, June 29, 2012. Or Max's Mom and Dad Finally took him to THE ZOO. Max has been begging to go to the Memphis Zoo FOREVER. I don't know how he knew about it, but the kid would. not. shut. up. about it. Jared had a Monday off, so we decided to make a long weekend trip to Memphis. We left after work on Saturday, spent the night, had breakfast on Sunday then headed to the zoo! The weather that day was as close to perfect as you can get! Here's Max with the gorilla! Max has his map and is ready to go!

Friday, September 16, 2011. A Few Firsts for Max. Max missed his first day of Jolly Time last week when he was sick, but I remembered I had taken this picture on his first day of Shepherd's Fold. He was so excited! All of the pictures came out with this huge "cheeeeese" grin on his face. Trying to get a shot of his number. He couldn't believe he was number 4, he said, "I'm gonna be FOUR! When it's my birthday, I'm gonna be FOUR! Rush coming up for air. Excitement in the stands. He just loved RUNNING!

Mary Virginia's Birthday Countdown. Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Before we left for the beach we had a couple of friends over for cupcakes and backyard fun. Thomas the Tank engine.
