BCCLA staff regularly convene FPAMCP principals with their MCLTs to co-design the role of the arts in the school. The active support of the MCLTs by their prinicpals is crucial to their success in becoming leaders within their schools. MCLTs receive extensive professional development on their role in the writing of the improvement plan for their whole school, contributing to a vision of their school that extends beyond the arts classroom.
