February 7, 2007, 1:06 am. I consider myself to be more to the right on the political spectrum. I usually put myself in the republican/conservative party. There are times when I don’t find myself lining up with either party….but I am 100% pro-life…that and other ideals make me choose the republican representative when i vote. YES I CAN VOTE! 7 Comments so far. Oh Bea. 100% pro-life? If the mother/baby is going to die? February 12, 2007 @ 2:02 am. February 12, 2007 @ 4:19 am. I believe that life starts at...

https://beasblog.wordpress.com/2007/02/02/hello-world
5 Traits of a Successful President. February 2, 2007, 1:20 pm. Obviously a president needs to know how to lead. This is a skill that not many people display, and it is necessary for a president. A nation needs to trust the leader that they are under. Especially in a democracy. Because president cannot please everyone, he/she must do whatever they see fit for our country. Our president should then act without hesitation. 10 Comments so far. Hi, this is a comment. February 2, 2007 @ 1:20 pm. OH yea if you ...

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Frq #4 →. February 12, 2007. The Question is: Richard Neustadt claimed that presidential power is the power to persuade. How might this be interpreted as a reasonable defintional of presidental power? In what way is this definition incorrect? One of the President’s main powers is the power to persuade, although he/she cannot rule on persuasion alone. There are many examples of persuasion in our government because all presidents use persuasion at some point in ...Yeah, y...

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Next Post →. Five Traits of a Good President. February 5, 2007. 1) A good education. He/She must have education to be a good leader, that’s common sense. 2) Open to other ideas. He/She cannot think that his plan is superior to all. 3) Working more for the people than for himself. We need a president to help our government and not just himself/herself. 4) Pride in our nation. If he doesn’t have pride in our nation, why is he/she our president? Next Post →. I like what yo...

Promoting Freedom to Live and Think OUTSIDE the Box. February 5, 2007} 5 Traits of a Good President. Yes, we all think we know what would make a president perfect and how much better we, ourselves could run the country. Truth is, running an entire country is a little more complicated than we would all like to believe. So… here goes my best guess at what five traits make one president soar above the rest (in no specific order). This ties right into Dedication. And then, there is Decisiveness. Govgirl @ 2:...

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Five Traits of a Good President →. February 3, 2007. Hi, my name is Roxanne and this is my AP American Government blog, exciting right? Well, I guess I should tell you how I feel “politically” right? Well I really do not know if I am a democrat or a republican, but I consider myself more liberal than conservative. I am pro-choice, pro-stem cell research, and pro-gay marriage. I am also taking AP US History and AP Biology this year as well, and I am a junior.

November 5, 2013 · 9:52 am. Wow, November has started out with a cold snap. It’s been quite fresh and crisp outside, which has been lovely. Right now I have been taking a mellow approach towards the holidays. I have been already looking at cookie recipes for Christmas, but I have also been enjoying the moment, i.e., no Christmas songs until December! It’s helped that I actually celebrated Halloween this year. First, in celebration of October, I made these amazing pumpkin swirl cheesecake squares. Last Sa...

Born, raised and lived in Kansas all my life. Then in November of 2007, my husband and I moved to the east coast. My husband's dream has been to renovate an old house. So, here we are in a house built in 1890 and we work hard to keep it from falling down around our ears. Sometimes I wonder, "What were we thinking! My blog is about what is happening in my life as I adjust to living in the south, adjust to being an empty nester, adjust to menopause, adjust to being a grandma. Wednesday, April 20, 2011.

Sunday, May 18, 2008. I really liked the way my project turned out. It is a lot simpler than some of the other projects presented in class. Everyone had their own vision and idea of what they wanted their project to look like. One of the most challenging parts of the project was to do the podcast. No one likes hearing a recording of their voice! Another hard part of making my project was using Wordpress. I would have been able to manipulate. I think my slide show. Turned out really great! Monday, November 14, 2011. These are a couple of weekly calendars I picked up at Big Lots and altered to use for Christmas presents. The pink one just has a bunch of stuff from my stash. I inked all edges with Vintage photo distress ink. I chalk inked the chipboard before I stamped the sentiment in Vintage photo. I think they both turned out very nicely and will be appreciated by the recipients. TFL. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. Thursday, October 20, 2011. Experience, strength and hope. I finally had tim...
