Smiles and Happiness: November 2010
http://smilesandhappiness.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
November 5, 2010. What a privilege it is to be able. To listen to His voice! If we are able to to hear His voice, then we are alive in Him (John 5:25; 18:37b). I pray that you and I never forget the promise, the privilege, and the ability to listen to His voice. May we never take this phrase lightly. Here are the lyrics to Twila Paris' song. Hard as it seems. Where is the dreamer now. Would I remember how. I don't know the way to go from here. But I know I have made my choice. And this is where I stand.

Smiles and Happiness: December 2011
http://smilesandhappiness.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
December 9, 2011. Trusting in His Timing. The whole job search has been such a humbling experience for me. I am learning a lot about humility and patience right now. Every single dentist office I have dropped my resume' off to thus far has basically told me that they have all the hygienists and fill-ins that they need. They all say the same thing: "Well, good luck.". So I am learning to persevere and keep my head up, even when I am sorely disappointed. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Delight yourself in the ...

Smiles and Happiness: August 2010
http://smilesandhappiness.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
August 15, 2010. Profound thoughts of a 16 yr old. I was cleaning out my book collection and ran into a dear old friend, my old journal from 2004 - 05. What memories! September 19, 2004. Well I've learned two very important lessons today that must be recorded. Be persistent in your prayer, and never give up! Be respective to my parents at all times, even if they were wrong. Always put others before yourself. September 21, 2004. September 23, 2004. Keeping a promise to yourself is not as easy as it seems.

Smiles and Happiness: In the blink of an eye
http://smilesandhappiness.blogspot.com/2014/09/in-blink-of-eye.html
September 14, 2014. In the blink of an eye. Once again I find myself slacking on this blog. But in perspective, I guess that is good. That also means I am just busy raising, teaching, changing, feeding, loving, and playing with my two little kiddos. :). I'm figuring since pictures are "worth a thousand words," that I would just show you what we've been up to instead of just writing about it. These first three pictures are from when Marcus was one month old. Such a sweet boy. and so happy! We went to Appl...

Smiles and Happiness: November 2011
http://smilesandhappiness.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
November 28, 2011. It has been such a wonderful weekend! Great Thanksgiving with the Guddat family (though, I did miss my Webster-Bullis family! My parents are coming over this weekend for a post-thanksgiving feast.), great triple date with Eric and Joleen and Alicia and Aaron up at Tahoe and then sushi, and a wonderful Lord's day! Thanksgiving was so wonderful. Eric and Joleen hosted it at their home, and they did a terrific job! With such great food, how can one possibly stop for a mere stomach ache?

August 22, 2012. Catching up. again! Once again, I have been slacking on my blog posts! Surprise, surprise. :). So many things that happened this summer! The first pictures I need to include are of my dad's birthday. He turned what we like to call the "double nickle" this year. :). My daddy and I rejuvenating our love for cribbage. From left to right: my mom, Austin, Adam, me, Aunt Frances, Grandpa Clyde, and Mamma. I was so impressed that my sweet Grandpa Clyde still knew how to kick butt in cribbage!

February 10, 2014. Marcus LaMont Guddat's Arrival! On February 6th at 8:42 in the morning, we had the blessed privilege of welcoming Marcus LaMont into this world! He weighed in at 7 lbs 14 oz and measured 18.5 inches long. We are so thankful to our Lord for blessing us with such a sweet and cute little man! Praise our Lord with us! Here are some pictures of Marcus and two happy/tired parents and some rejoicing family/friends at the hospital and then the following days at home. :). Gramma came to visit!
