I have been struggling with acne on the backs of my arms (I know, very weird spot for it to appear) for a while now, and this body lotion by Neostrata (a Canadian brand :D) has been a godsend! I've been using it twice a day for almost a month now, and I have been seeing wonderful results! It is hypo-allergenic and fragrance free. Reduces flakiness and dehydration with daily use.
