Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Peppermint, Thyme, Rose, and Lavender Soaps. Last summer I made infused soaps with my gardening; peppermint, thyme, rose, and lavender. I am still using them right now. Not sure if these herbs (and roses) survived the saponification process enough to really give me any benefits, but they were fun to make! My thyme was flowering! I guess by some peoples standards you would probably call my life pretty boring but I find it pretty amazing. When my granddaughters hug me there is no other feeling like that in the world. Or just hearing my son play his guitar (even when he doesn't think I'm listening) I'm just amazed at what a talent he is and I'm so proud of him. Latest flowers from my sweetie.
