I cannot for the life of me remember where I read it but someone somewhere was saying that one of their organisational tips is that if it going to take less than one minute, she just does it there and then. So I put it away. And it only took around 30 seconds. When my son came home with a permission form from school I went to put it in my correspondance folder. And this took around 50 seconds.

These Babuska-type measuring cups are one of my favorite things in my kitchen as they are not only functional, they look gorgeous sitting on my kitchen bench as well. Once you have melted the chocolate and the butter you add the almond meal, castor sugar, flour and cinnamon. Give this a good stir and set aside.
