February 9, 2010 · 17:31. Fried Chorizo with Mushrooms and Herbs. Green Beans (I used blanched Haricots Verts, but they’re just as good raw). Sun-dried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, and Chevre. Arugula with Lemon Juice and Olive Oil. 1 shallot, minced. 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme, picked and finely chopped. 1 cup dry white wine. 4 cups shredded mixed cheese (I used Jarlsberg, gräddost [havarti], and cheddar). 1 tablespoon corn starch. 2 tablespoons cold water. S p to taste. 2 cups sweet or semi-dry reisling wine.
