Wednesday, 15 May 2013. Uma, Bali hotel and yoga retreat. This has taken me a while to write up but when we were in Bali we stayed in a hotel called The Uma, it is in Ubud. It is a beautiful hotel, with a wonderful spa, gym and infinity pool, it also holds yoga retreats, and daily yoga classes all taught by amazing teachers. In fact the highlight of the hotel is the yoga studio which has the best view EVER! Seriously if you don't take up yoga whilst you are there just because of the view, you're insane!

Oils, balsamic vinegar's and salted cod. Olives stuffed with almonds and pepper. Nuts, seeds and dried fruit. As you walk around the market, the vibe is great, bustling people, vibrant colors, and the sweet smells of flowers and fruit. Let me know what your local market is like?
