Three steps to being a manager. On Feb 02, 2017. I’ve found that my role as a manager is to take the individual value you that you have and get leverage out of your capabilities for the business by leading others. In the simplest terms, I’ve come to believe the fundamental job as a manger can be captured in a 3 step approach. Set the right, clear expectations of the job. Provide context for the work. Step back and let your team deliver on the job that you’ve hired them for. How will the role get feedback?

Rainbow Honey Nail Polish Mystery Bag. Posted in Nail Polish. The first polish I got was Sparkling Agave it was a mini. I like the bottles, they are so cute. I really like the color I got. It’s so pretty, I love the color and it has a nice shimmer. I also got Puffin Party in a mini. I think the name is right, it definitely looks like a party.Not sure if this is my style though, but I don’t know till I try it! I should of put a penny next to it because it is itty bitty! You can never have enough top coat.
