February 2, 2015. 1 c toasted sunflower seeds (ground in Vitamix). 1/2-3/4 c red onion chopped and sauted (approx. onion). 1 elephant clove, grated. 15 c grated sweet potato (1 sweet potato). 1 bouillon cube (Edward n Son’s is my favorite). 1/3 c buckwheat pancake mix.
