Mike and Sue B. Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Grandma B got to go to Maryland for Jael's first birthday on December 13th. We had a great party with friends and family. We had lunch and banana bread with icing for birthday cake, played games, and Jael opened lots of gifts. It was a fun time! I was so excited to be able to be there! Happy Birthday, Jael! She is sooo cute, walking all over the place. Briana made chocolate cupcakes with pink icing. Delaney loved it! The whole fam was there. It was wonderful to see everyone, but especially our beautiful grandaughters! Jael has some special tricks, too. Love you all! Monday, October 13, 2008. Love you, Luke! Mike and Sue B. Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Trip to the East. Recently, Mike and I went on a trip out east to see our kids and grandkids. We had two nights at each daughter's home. First we went to Michele and AJ's. We went to Gadsby's Tavern in Alexandria and had a wonderful dinner! Then we went to Briana and Ryan's. Had a great time watching all the new things Delaney can do and say! Then we went to Holly and Luke's. Jael was full of stories and energy! Aren't our grandaughters the cutest? Trip to the East.

Sunday, January 27, 2008. Last night we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for some beer and (of course) wings. We also competed in the trivia challenge and left with the first place win and full stomachs. We held the lead for the majority of the competition but a player known only as BGJHSN (real original huh? Started to close in on our projected victory. 31 Years and Counting. Wednesday, December 10, 2008. 31 Years and Counting. Today marks our 31st wedding anniversary. Yesterday I found a card that the kids made for us in 2007. Very sweet and true. It said that the road hasn't always been easy but it has been good. I agree with the author, our daughter, Allison. Clint is a wonderful guy and great father. He's also a very loving Grandpa to Delaney. I hope each of you has a blessed day. Thanks for the opportunity to express my heart.
