Catching up - October Fun. Where has time gone? Everytime I turn around, another month has passed, leaving me scratching my head and wondering where it raced off to. Its already Fall, and, much to the shock of all of those who live here in Bishkek, we got our first snow at the beginning of this month. Funny enough, l seemed to be the only one excited about it, but that's probably because I'm a Texan.haha. It sounds like the kids are having fun and growing stronger! You love and charish people so well!

I almost don't know where to start, so many interesting things have happened during my life overseas. Today we took some of our kids to the theme park, and despite the heat, we had a lot of fun. They got to try different rides, eat a good lunch, have fun just hanging out, and lots of ice cream. =). After four flights and three layovers, I have finally made it to Bishkek! At take off, then from DFW "Good bye Texas! See you next year! But not this time. For the first time in my life, I actually feel like I'm sacrificing something by going overseas. It never felt that way before.
