Monday, April 20, 2009. I've tried to get them to fix a lot of the issues, but the main problem is that the this building wasn't/isn't ready for tenants to move in. And if the further up you're up in the Towers, the further you are from a livable unit. Patrick Clark, the principal at Realty Trust, the realty group for Bellevue Towers, who I usually communicate to about my condo issues, mentioned his dissapointment about my blog. My response, which he understood:. There is no feedback from the ownership, what other recourse do I have to get traction? It's been 17 months.
