Instructions on how to establish a daily practice that will help bring awareness to everything you do. FIRST SELECT A SUITABLE PLACE. Then select a regular time for practice that suits your schedule and tempera- ment. If you are a morning person, experiment with a sitting before breakfast. Three strikes of the meditation bell will begin the first 25 minute period of meditation. For new meditators unused to three periods of sitting, this is a good time to leave. We will see you next week. Stand with palms together. At the sound of the wooden clappers, bow and return to your chair, bench or cushion.
