Potatoes & Onions In. We planted three different of potatoes 15 lbs. (Yukon Golds, Red Potatoes and Adirondack Blues), and four different varieties of onions – approx. 240 (Walla Walla, Patterson, Candy and Red Zeppelin). Today the sweet potatoes went in on the new Food Forest berms. This will be a great ground cover for our berms, and enhance the environment of the new bushes and tree. We got about an inch of rain yesterday, so the berms are nice and wet for the new arrivals. Mt Ranier Cherry is Planted.
