We've been lucky enough to go on some fabulous trips lately. We went to Boise to visit after my sister got knee surgery. graham was devastated when we left. he needs siblings and a dog. Coronado is my idea of a dream vacation. breakfast buffet, pool, amazing restaurants, and the del=heaven. Pat, graham, and I also went to michigan and watched my brother's kids while him and his wife went on a cruise. we had a blast! Monday, January 10, 2011. Venice The Second Day. We started the morning off right.breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The weather outside was fantastic and we were ready to go. Sunday, May 29, 2011. Last Tuesday I went to the U2 concert. It was one of those concerts that you have on your "concerts I want to see before I die". I was so excited that they were finally actually coming to town. The show was AMAZING. The stage was huge. and a show in itself. I knew Bono was getting old, but I didn't realize he was 51. Monday, November 29, 2010. We boarded a sleeper train in Paris. It was Blakes first time on a train so we were all excited for him. Gary got a great interview, but we think the flip got left on the train. Us just settling in for a night of sleep and travel. The scenery around us was fantastic, but every time we had to cross a canal and carry all our bags up and down the bridges (with stairs on them) it got exhausting. Friday, May 28, 2010. New things. an update. and a disaster. It was Emily's birthday. The family all got together to celebrate and have dinner. It was a lot of fun. Looking at the candles.
